Welcome to Castaways Bait and Tackle!

We are conveniently located near where the action is.... a few minutes from the Point Pleasant Canal and not more than twenty minutes from New Jersey's best fishing beaches.

Castaways Bait and Tackle is open six days a week. Current store hours are:

Monday - Saturday: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Sunday: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
The store will be closed on Tuesdays

Our store is easily accessible from major shore area roads including the GSP, Rte 35, Rte 88 and Rte 70. Click here for map and directions.

Castaways Bait and Tackle is considered the "Where to and How to" bait and tackle shop. Each day we update the weather, wind and tides, we explain the proper use of our tackle and equipment and we do not charge for spooling line. Plus, each customer receives a free 2009 size and possession chart.
